Change comes whether you choose it or not. What you do with it is the choice: fear it, merely adapt to it, or use it to grow. For a person, a team, an organization. But choosing it without knowing how to lead the process is only intention. That's where my work begins.

Two decades at the intersection of marketing, strategy, culture and transformation, in roles such as Chief Strategy Officer of a local operation at Publicis, Senior Director with global scope at The Coca-Cola Company, and C-level executive at a startup. I've orchestrated change under real constraints, with real consequences.
I lived in five countries across three continents, owning the risk and the impact of those choices, not only in my career but in my life as a whole. That's why, for me, change isn't a PowerPoint slide. It's something I've chosen, navigated and turned into growth. And through all of it, one conviction held: the human dimension isn't the soft part of change. It's where it succeeds or fails.
Today I'm Founder and Principal of Rosaline Hester Advisory Services, working with clients across the Americas and Europe, or wherever change calls for it. I help leaders, teams and organizations turn change into clarity and measurable results. Without being limited by borders, as the world redraws them.
